BEWARE of Hamilton Beach products! We bought an expensive Brew Station from them and the SAME piece broke TWICE! We ended up buying ANOTHER Brew Station because of it and after the second one broke we told the company about it. Hamilton Beach only had this to say to me "Oh the piece you need is 9.something do you want to BUY it"? WTF??!!!! REALLY!!! They did NOT care that this machine is around 75-80.00 a POP and we bought TWO! BUYER BEWARE and please think twice before doing business with this company because if your product breaks you're SCREWED!!
