• Provide face-face Customer Service relative to general public.
• Acknowledge and cordially greet parents and children daily.
• Listen attentively addressing parent’s questions and concerns.
• Resolved all complaints and issues
• Instruct aid and provide direct care to children.
• Determine allocations of funds for staff, supplies, materials, and equipment, and authorize purchases.
• Confer with parents and staff to discuss educational activities and policies
• Provide time frames for resolving complaints or issues, returning phones call and following up with complaints and issues with resolutions.
• Request feedback and suggestions to improve daycare customer services.
• Link customers to available resolutions
• Enjoy working with the public, Able to function effectively as a team member
• Demonstrates excellence interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, detail orientated with a positive attitude, eager to learn new things
• Computer literate
• Available to work flexible hours
