Industry/Environment: Banking (company that allows for growth)
Responsibilities:
• Manage construction and relocations; consisting of general contractors, electrical engineers and HVAC consultants to develop and implement long-term facilities plans for each present and proposed geographical nationwide locations
• Development of operating/capital budgets, vendor bid review/selection, and expenditure tracking for external services such as maintenance, repairs and construction
• Negotiate various vendor contracts (including HVAC, UPS, lighting, electrical engineers, and general contractors) to bring cost of projects under budget
